By booking accommodation via e-mail or through our website you agree that Eselfontein Boerdery (Pty) Ltd, Eselfontein Getaway (Pty) Ltd and the PBM Trust, their directors, trustees, agents, representatives, contractors and/or employees (“Eselfontein”) shall have no liability for any death, illness, or injury to your person or any loss of or damage to your property or for the death, illness, or injury to the person or property of any of your minor children or for the death, illness, or injury to the person or property of any other persons accompanying you or you minor children, or for any consequential damages or any other liability arising from any cause of action whatsoever, whether arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with your stay on the Eselfontein farm, whether caused by action or inaction, whether negligent or not or howsoever otherwise arising. You hereby indemnify and hold harmless Eselfontein against any and all claims and actions whether brought by you or anyone else arising from the abovementioned activities and/or event and waive all rights of recourse against them.
